Job Description: We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Classic Freight Nepal. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:

   • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
   • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
   • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

2. Communication:

   • Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
   • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our services.
   • Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.

3. Administrative Support:

   • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
   • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
   • Assist with basic clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.

4. Customer Service:

   • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
   • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

5. Record Keeping:

   • Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and calls.
   • Update and manage contact databases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

   • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the logistics and freight industry.
   • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
   • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
   • Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
   • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

3. Quotation and Proposal Generation:

   • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in response to client requests.
   • Develop comprehensive proposals outlining the benefits of our services.
   • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

   • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
   • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

5. Collaboration with Operations Team:

   • Work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful implementation and execution of client logistics solutions.
   • Provide timely and accurate information to support efficient cargo handling and transportation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the logistics or freight industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
